Fortalea Advisory has launched as a litigation finance advisory firm. It was founded by Claudia Linares, a lawyer with 15 years of professional experience in international arbitration and energy law, who spent over eight of those years inside leading litigation finance institutions. Most recently, she served as global head of the international arbitration and litigation vertical at Parabellum Capital, where she built and led a worldwide portfolio of funded high-stakes cases and assessed hundreds of matters. Her work earned her recognition from Chambers & Partners, Leaders League, and Legal 500 in their litigation finance rankings.
Fortalea Advisory offers clients something rare: the funder’s perspective, on their side. The firm provides independent strategic advisory services to claimants, law firms, and investors, helping them assess the fundability of their claims, optimize their dispute strategy, structure financing arrangements, recover assets, and monetize their legal positions.
Fortalea Advisory does not provide legal advice. For legal services, clients are welcome to engage Fortalea Law PLLC, a New York-based international law firm specializing in international arbitration, cross-border litigation, enforcement of awards, and natural resources.
“I founded Fortalea Advisory after 15 years at the crossroads of law, litigation finance, and dispute resolution. Having seen disputes from every angle, I wanted to offer clients something rare — a trusted advisor who understands disputes not just as legal matters, but as assets to be funded, optimized, and monetized.”
